I found this photo in The Globe and Mail's Day in Pictures. It was so beautiful, it made me a little homesick for Canadian winters, then I read the caption underneath,
A person walks in the snow on May 30, 2006 near Fischen, Germany. For the next days, and the official start in the summer, cold temperatures of around 10 degrees are expected for southern Germany. It looks like the Globe has joined the ranks of the global warming alarmists. If the Globe and the Kyoto crybabies turn out to be right, we're going to have to alter the lyrics of so many songs.
