Genuine Spoofs and Phony Reality; the Bush Shell Game

Bravo to Frank Rich of the New York Times, for his article, The White House Stages Its 'Daily Show' It's about White House correspondent, Jeff Gannon; about how his real name is James D. Guckert, and how his media outlet was phony, and how none of that stopped the White House from giving him press credentials, for two years. But being on a hush hush Republican payroll didn't stop him from asking the hard hitting questions,

Referring to Harry Reid and Hillary Clinton, "Jeff" asks, "How are you going to work with people who seem to have divorced themselves from reality?"

The article mentions that this is about the sixth phone journalist unmasked in the last year. Great article, and I'm happy and surprised to find it in the Times, but why was it hidden in between macrame reports in the Sunday Arts Section? Is that where we should be turning for hard hitting news stories these days?
