Novelty Oversized Padlock Protects Canucks from Bush

The caption under this photo from today's Globe and Mail reads, "Parliment Hill is barricaded with locked fences in preparation for the official visit by U.S. President George W. Bush on Tuesday." but it fails to mention the scope of those preparations which seem to include 20 meter high fences secured with 2 meter chain links and 5000 Kg padlocks. The design was based on the illegal Israeli wall that has been snaking through Palestine and cutting people off from their orchards, jobs and families.
